Confirm Placement, Finishing & Artwork

Measure the usable installation space and confirm the intended orientation. Have your installer determine the suitable material, mounting arrangement, grommet placement, and pole pocket requirements.

Bright Print Works uses 13 oz vinyl for many oversized projects. Extremely large banners may be made in sections and joined with welded seams. Confirm material specifications, construction, and seam placement for your order.

Use original logos and suitable high-resolution images. A print-ready PDF is preferred. If your designer works at a reduced scale, contact us to confirm the file setup and effective resolution before export.

Oversized-banner production is typically completed in 2 business days or less. Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and shipment. Confirm the schedule before setting an installation date.
