Shipping policy

Bright Print Works ships nationwide across the United States and Canada from production facilities located throughout both countries, so most orders are printed and delivered quickly.

Processing & production

Each product page lists its estimated Days to Print. Production begins once your order is placed and your print-ready artwork is approved. Most orders are produced in 1–2 business days; larger or specialty orders may take longer.

Delivery

Once your order ships, standard delivery is typically 1–2 business days for most U.S. and Canadian destinations, depending on your location and product. Total time to receive an order is production time plus transit time.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Custom & oversized products

Large-format and oversized items (such as huge banners and backdrop kits) may ship separately and can have longer transit times. If you have a firm in-hands date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing and any available rush options.
