These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright Print Works website and your purchase of our products and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & custom printing

Our products are custom printed to the specifications and artwork you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your artwork, layout, spelling, and files before production. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied or customer-approved files.

2. Artwork & file requirements

Files should be supplied print-ready in CMYK at 300 DPI with required bleed. Accepted formats include PDF, JPG, and TIFF. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to the nature of CMYK printing.

3. Intellectual property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all content, logos, and artwork you submit, and that printing it does not infringe any third party's rights. You grant Bright Print Works a limited license to use your files solely to produce your order.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Production & shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & refunds

Because items are custom printed, most orders are non-returnable once production begins. See our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Print Works' liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bright Print Works operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
