Would a Mesh Banner Be a Better Fit?

Looking for a banner for development fencing or an exposed outdoor display? Mesh has small openings that allow air to pass through. Solid vinyl provides a continuous printing surface. Have your installer confirm the material that suits your property and mounting plan.

Single mesh banner examples: 10′ × 20′ is $398, 15′ × 30′ is $798, 20′ × 40′ is $1,148, and 20′ × 50′ is $1,298. Shipping is additional. Select your mesh mounting option and review the configured total before checkout.

Sample Now Leasing & Condominium Banner Messages

These sample layouts show how to keep the message focused. Replace the example wording with accurate details about your property.

Plan the Design Around the Building

A tall installation area may call for a vertical layout with the property name, headline, and website arranged from top to bottom. A wide installation area may provide room for a rendering beside the leasing or sales message.

Confirm the finished width and height before designing. A 20′ × 40′ size could be planned as 40 feet wide by 20 feet tall or 20 feet wide by 40 feet tall; the artwork and finishing must match the intended orientation.

Choose the main message for the intended viewing distance. Keep the property name and response path prominent, and leave detailed floor plans, amenities, and availability on your website.

Think Ahead Before Printing Prices or Dates

Starting prices, availability, incentives, and opening dates can change during a development campaign. Decide whether those details belong on a large printed banner or on the website the banner directs people to.

Have the leasing or sales team approve the final wording, contact information, rendering, and any required disclosures before production. This is especially useful when the banner will remain in place through several project stages.

Finishing, Material & Large-Banner Construction

Listed oversized vinyl prices include printing, hemming, grommets, and pole pockets if needed. Have your installer specify grommet placement, pocket dimensions, and pocket locations before ordering.

Bright Print Works uses 13 oz vinyl for many oversized projects. Confirm the material specifications and suitability for your planned installation.

Extremely large banners may be produced in sections and joined with welded seams. Confirm seam placement while preparing the design, particularly around building renderings, logos, and prominent text.

Coordinate the Artwork and Installation

Use original property logos and suitable high-resolution renderings or photographs. A print-ready PDF is preferred. If your designer is working at a reduced scale, contact us to confirm the file setup and effective resolution before exporting.

Have a qualified installer review the location, exposure, support structure, attachment system, and handling requirements. Confirm property approval and applicable site requirements before production.

Nationwide Delivery for Your Development Project

Oversized vinyl banner production is typically completed in 2 business days or less, with shipping typically taking 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and shipment. Confirm the schedule before setting an installation date. For mesh orders, confirm timing for your selected specifications.

Freight is separate from the print price. Provide the delivery ZIP code, deadline, and any site-specific delivery requirements when discussing your project.
