Solid vinyl provides a continuous printing surface. Have the venue or installer confirm which material fits your display location and mounting plan.

Choose the Size Around the Display Location

Start with the approved installation area. Measure its usable width and height, then confirm the orientation, mounting clearances, and finishing requirements with the venue or production team.

• Entrances: Make the event name and entrance identification prominent.
• Sponsor displays: Allow enough room for the required logos and recognition levels.
• Venue walls: Match the dimensions to the approved display area and intended viewing distance.
• Stage areas: Obtain the production team’s material and installation specifications before preparing the order.

A large size alone does not make a banner readable. The headline, contrast, logo arrangement, and amount of text should suit where the audience will see it.

Design Sponsor Graphics People Can Recognize

Decide which name or message should be recognized first. A festival entrance might lead with the event name and presenting sponsor. A stadium display might give the team, tournament, or main sponsor the most prominence.

• Collect original logos: Request vector files where available.
• Confirm sponsor hierarchy: Match logo sizes and placement to the approved recognition plan.
• Use strong contrast: Keep logos and lettering distinguishable from the background.
• Keep supporting text brief: Put detailed schedules and event information on the website.
• Get final approval: Confirm names, logos, dates, and artwork with the event organizer before printing.

Confirm Venue & Installation Requirements Before Printing

Obtain the venue’s approval for the display location, dimensions, material, and mounting method. If the venue requires flame-retardancy or other material documentation, send those requirements to us before ordering so we can confirm whether the proposed banner meets them.

Have a qualified installer or responsible production professional review the support structure, attachment system, wind exposure, and handling requirements. Keep the installation consistent with the venue’s access, visibility, and event plans.

These banner prices do not include a complete stage system, rigging package, or installation. Mesh allows airflow but does not eliminate wind loads or replace an approved mounting plan. If your team requires fabric or other specifications, contact us to confirm available options.

Printing, Hemming, Grommets & Pole Pockets Included

Our listed oversized vinyl banner prices include custom printing and these finishing options:

• Hemming: Finishes the banner edges.
• Grommets: Provide attachment points for the mounting arrangement.
• Pole pockets if needed: Accommodate poles or supports specified for the display.

Confirm grommet placement, pocket dimensions, and pocket locations with your installer before production. Select the required finishing when placing the order. For mesh, select the appropriate mounting option on its product page and review the configured total.

Artwork, Material & Large-Banner Construction

Match the artwork proportions to the intended width and height. Use original logos and suitable high-resolution images. A print-ready PDF is preferred.

Bright Print Works uses 13 oz vinyl for many oversized projects. Extremely large vinyl banners may be printed in sections and joined with welded seams. Confirm material specifications, construction, and seam placement for your specific order.

If your designer is preparing the file at a reduced scale, contact us to confirm file setup and effective resolution before export. Keep essential artwork clear of finishing areas and account for confirmed seam locations.

Ordering Banners for More Than One Location?

An event may need separate graphics for entrances, sponsor areas, fencing, and venue walls. Create a list showing each banner’s material, dimensions, artwork, finishing, and installation location.

Two solid vinyl 20′ × 40′ banners are $2,720 total before freight. Two solid vinyl 30′ × 50′ banners are $4,788 total before freight. Mesh has separate quantity options and discounts.

For different artwork across a multi-banner order, mixed sizes, or oversized vinyl quantities above two, contact us to confirm the order arrangement and quote.

Plan Delivery Before Your Installation Date

Oversized vinyl banner production is typically completed in 2 business days or less. Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and shipment.

For an event deadline, confirm the schedule before ordering. Provide the required arrival date, delivery ZIP code, receiving contact, and any venue delivery instructions. Confirm mesh production and delivery timing for your selected specifications.

Delivery charges are additional. Freight for oversized vinyl banners is billed separately. Allow time for receiving, checking, and installing the banner before the event begins.
