Print-Ready Artwork Requirements
- Use the correct folder dieline: Your artwork must match the production template for the 9″ × 12″ folder, including panels, folds, pockets and business card slits.
- Include ⅛″ bleed beyond applicable trim edges. Extend background colors and images beyond the trim lines.
- Outside printing only (4/0): Prepare your design for the outside printing areas. Interior printing is not included.
- Keep important text, logos and QR codes inside the template's safe areas, away from folds, cuts and pocket assembly areas.
- Remove visible template guides, crop instructions and dieline marks from the printable artwork unless your printer specifically requests a separate dieline layer.
- RGB files will be converted to CMYK and slight color shifts may occur.

Yes. Bright Print Works accepts online orders and ships custom presentation folders throughout the United States. We do not offer local pickup.
